Our Group Executive Chef, Mathew Armbruster showcases a modern, seasonal menu inspired by the best fresh, seasonal ingredients that Kwa-Zulu Natal has to offer. Matt demonstrates his highly skilled technique and relentless drive for perfection with every dish. He curates fine dining masterpieces exclusively created for your event, to make your special occasion simply magnificent.
