FOOD & WINE PAIRING WITH SPRINGFIELD ESTATE - FULLY BOOKED

This September, we are excited to welcome back the family run Springfield Estate to the Chefs' Table. Sales and Marketing Manager, Jenna Bruwer (daughter of winemaker, Abrie Bruwer) is joining us for our first wine pairing dinner of the season. Head Chef, Kayla-Ann Osborn, and Sommelier, Zwakele Gumede, will be curating a seasonal, local menu to match the remarkable character of the featured wines.

The Springfield Estate is set in the mountain-ringed Robertson Valley. This family-run estate with its rocky soils are tended by brother-and-sister team Abrie and Jeanette Bruwer. Using a combination of sometimes risky winemaking techniques, traditional methods and modern technology, along with dogged determination, the Bruwer family handcraft wine true to its motto: Made on Honour.

Cost: R675

Looking for the perfect way to start your weekend?

Join us for our Festive Fridays every Friday afternoon between 3 pm and 7 pm at our bar.  Mixologist, Lamoure Benton's cocktail menu features a range of local spirits, drawing inspiration from seasonal flavours at a price of R60 or less!

Terms & Conditions apply. Only from 3 pm-7pm. Cocktails will be served at the bar. Unfortunately no food will be served at the bar, please make a dinner reservation to enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival, followed by a delectable 4 Course Menu. Kids under 12 can enjoy a Main Meal and then help themselves to our yummy Dessert Bar.

From a la carte to our luxurious tasting menu, perfect for tailored wine pairings or for guests who would like to leave the decisions in the chefs' hands. In addition, bespoke dining experiences are available exclusively in the Private Dining Room.
