FOOD & WINE PAIRING WITH MORGENSTER WINES - FULLY BOOKED

The Chefs' Table is excited to be hosting their first Food & Wine Pairing Dinner for 2019, with the renowned Morgenster Wines. This family owned estate was purchased by the late Giulio Bertrand, originally from Biella in Italy, in 1992. He established vineyards of Bordeaux varieties and built a cellar in consultation with Pierre Lurton of Chateau Cheval Blanc. In 2013, Bertrand was inducted into the South African chapter for the Commanderie de Bordeaux, in recognition of his dedication and attention to detail in creating Bordeaux styled wines of the highest order in South Africa.

Sommelier Zwai Gumede has sourced wines that epitomise the Morgenster philosophy, and executive Chef Kayla has crafted an exceptional, seasonal inspired menu that complements these wines.
