Oldenburg Vineyards is an independent family run boutique winery aiming to make some of the finest and most respected wines. Due to some heritage, careful planning, and a large amount of good fortune they are the custodians of a small corner of Stellenbosch, tucked away in the mountains in an area known as Banghoek which rightfully boasts some of the finest terroir in South Africa.
A five course menu is expressively crafted by Head Chef Kayla Ann Osborn to pair with the vibrant and plush flavours of Oldenburg Wines. The Chefs' Table Restaurant has invited Winemaker Philip Costandius to share his knowledge and passion for the Stellenbosch region and to bring us his distinct Winemaker's perspective on the estate and its vintages.
