On Thursday 23 November, Chef Kayla-Ann Osborn will be joined by David Nieuwoudt, owner/creator of Cederberg Wines at The Chefs' Table – to bring us a special 6-plate tasting menu. As always, in our Food & Wine Pairing series, each plate will be expertly paired by our sommelier with 6 wines from David’s portfolio, featuring Cederberg Wines, his niche Ghost Corner collection and the South American collaboration from Chile, Longavi Wines.
David is as charismatic as his wines. For him winemaking is about the experiences and the challenges that each vintage brings, the opportunity to learn the discerning nuances of each vineyard and varietal, and the pursuit of constant discovery of how to best craft wines that are true to their varietal character while maintaining the uniqueness of the terroir.
