Drinking scotch is one of life’s finer goals. There’s something about scotch that says effortless style: craftsmanship harking back hundreds of years. Neat Scotch is great and we appreciate them all, peaty, sweet, spicy and complex. If you are in the company of a scotch enthusiast or are merely trying it out, our mixologist Lamoure Benton has incorporated some iconic brands like Dalwhinnie and Lagavulin into lavish cocktails... So, the mood of the evening is up to you.

Our Head Chef Kayla-Ann Osborn and the world’s biggest Scotch producer Diageo are expanding their collaboration to iconic Single Malt brands in their Scotch and gastronomy pairing dinner series. Kayla-Ann pairs a four-course menu with an ambition to harmoniously represent Scotland’s different whisky making regions.

Your host for the evening will be Reginald Mthembu, KZN’s Brand Ambassador for Diageo South Africa, who will be taking you through the journey of paired flavours. #LoveScotch
