Benoît Gouez, referred to as Chef de Cave of house Moët, or as we would call him, winemaker & cellar master is undoubtedly the rock star of the international Champagne scene. He is the outpouring of creativity that has been adding new sparkle to the world of champagne since the 90's. “If I have to describe Moët & Chandon in three words, it would be spontaneity, accessibility, likeability,” says Benoît.
Drinking champagne is easy, so much so that we find ourselves doing so without meaning to on all too many occasions. Mark a special event or just celebrate life with us over Kayla-Ann Osborn's 3 course pairing menu in the company of the Global Champagne icon Benoît Gouez.
