Food & Wine Pairing with Springfield Estate

Head Chef Kayla-Ann Osborn is teaming up with winemaker Jeanette Bruwer from Springfield Estate to present to you a unique representation of seasonal, fresh and organic produce to match the remarkable character of the featured wines.

Probably one of the most well-known and prolific wine makers in South Africa. An enticing philosophy focused on a century old method where 80% of the harvest is fermented with native yeast and most of the wines are bottled unfiltered.

Limited to 60 guests, bookings are essential.
